Ken is married and lives with his wife of 42 years in South Park, PA. They have one son, Christopher, who is married and lives in NJ. Ken has been actively involved in his community, serving as the president of his son’s school Parent Teacher Association and the local ambulance service. He also enjoys spending time at his home in Deep Creek MD, where he can indulge in his love for the outdoors and ride his side by side with his family.

With over 43 years of experience, Ken has been a prominent figure in the estate and business planning arena. During his tenure, he spent eleven years as a manager, successfully growing his agency group to a total of twenty-one producers, consistently ranking first in the US. Ken’s achievements as both a producer and manager have been recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious national diversity manager of the year award.

In 1998, Ken founded Innovative Concepts, a firm dedicated to assisting partner producers in serving high net worth clients. His company specializes in advanced planning and has been at the forefront, pioneering the concept of Asset Backed Insurance Lending (ABIL). This innovative approach has allowed him to work with major corporations such as US Steel and Subaru, as well as affluent families, including NFL owner families. Ken’s firm prides itself on its ability to solve complex problems and provide comprehensive solutions. To accomplish this, he has assembled a team of professionals who collaborate to help clients navigate through sophisticated planning issues.
